Easy 3-Ingredient Oatmeal Banana Cookies - Future Of Food.

How can baking biscuits ever be rapid? You usually have to get a scale, then carefully measure out all the components, caress the bread for ages, cut out little cookies into heart, star and moon shapes then wait the next century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER could I bake cookies under these circumstances. That's just not how I roll up. But then I encounter these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyway.)

Ok, they do not taste just like the cookies you receive round Christmas time. Rather they are a bit more gooey and don't crumble in any way.

But what mostly convinced me was you could have them prepared in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Probably the most surprising thing about the biscuits is they call for only two ingredients! Yep that is right, and anyone can mix two components.

Though in the event you want to make them tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using a few add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!

It seems increasingly like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody's gonna pay me if you consume them), but I must mention one more amazing thing about those cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, after I had had the first I finished the rest inside one hour.

They're perfect for hiking trips or other occasions where you need a quick pleasant bite on the move. Nowadays I keep these as a quick snack in my backpack.

It must also be noted that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the normal cookie supposes. Just oats and bananas.

Take oats for example. Not merely do they decrease your cholesterol levels which in turn can help you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with good carbs and nutrients to keep you going for longer during the day.

What is your favourite on the move food?

Perhaps you have been trapped somewhere in nature and thought"damn I'm in trouble!" ? If yes, where? Just mix peas and peas and then bake them for 15 minutes. Fantastic for when you need an energy boost on the move. Enjoy!

If you don't have that make sure to wash the baking tray with butter (or olive oil if you are vegan)

To create the cookie shape only grab a spoon and scoop an adequate sum from the mix onto the baking tray like I did at the photograph above. It's super fast and effortless.

Off it goes into the oven for approximately 15 - 20 minutes.
